Upgrading & Updating SuperAff

As you can see I have a new wp theme installed (WooHoo!). Plus I upgraded to the latest WordPress version (just released hours ago).
The design still needs a few tweaks, a bit of validating (ie. hair pulling) and all that jazz. Ummm, I think everyone here knows exactly how that goes ;).
I hope things don’t [...]

Stinky Commission Rates

Reviewing some January numbers with a merchant today.
Sales: $1,560
Total Amount Sales: 15
Clicks: 1,397
My Earnings/Commission: $80 and change
Funny story: I received a note from the affiliate manager asking if I tried ppc to get more sales.
Well. Tell me. Where’s the incentive? Because I don’t see it.
PPC Scenario: I pay for ppc. Google makes money, the merchant [...]

Time to get down and dirty with copyrights.

The Cluetrain Manifesto - Have You Read It?

Although this book has been out for a few years and I’ve come across several mentions of it, I finally sat down and read The Cluetrain Manifesto from cover to cover.

Setting Goals For 2006 & Beyond

Lately I’ve been hyper-focused on getting organized, cleaned up, de-cluttered in every way, mapping out project plans, battle plans, idea creation and setting goals. I’m motivated, I’m in high-gear and most importantly (to me) - I’m aiming higher.
AKA: Learning, Evolving, Developing
It’s really an exciting time, I’m in growth spurt mode!
I was able to get [...]
