August was a pretty darn good month for me (yay), but I seem to be frozen stuck for the past week!

Commission Junction had the faucets open for most of the month, sales coming in regularly. Then BAM – nothing since Friday. Performics was down over the weekend (just couldn’t log in – tracking was still on) then one bitty sale over the weekend and that was it. The rest are dribbling in a buck here and there.

Does one ever outgrow Stats Stalking? I’m popping in and out of affiliate accounts every 1/2 hr I’m sure . When CJ reporting was down for a few days this month I had the shakes.

I think affiliate marketing can be compared to slot machines. Pull the arm – watch the numbers. Pull the arm – watch the numbers. The best part is: with affiliate marketing I get paid to pull the darn arm!
