How To Use Roboform For Directory Submissions

Seems everybody is mentioning Roboform this week. Why the recent chatter? I have no idea, but Lucky Roboform! 😆 Here is a blog entry I wrote back in March about how to use Roboform to speed up directory submissions. If anyone has better tweaks and tips, I’d love to hear them.

Roboform – Directory Submission Tips

Submitting websites to directories on a regular basis can be a real time consumer. I’ve tweaked Roboform to help me do this job a lot faster. If you don’t have Roboform, it’s an autofill password keeper that’s encrypted, a knock-your-socks-off form filler, and an all around serious tool. And of course – no adware or spyware. It’s a clean tool that works with all the main browsers (IE, Firefox, Netscape, Mozilla).

I know there are tools and products pushed at you from every direction, but this really is a great piece of software that you will use many many many times a day. At least I do! 😆

Check it out and if you need help with it, feel free to ask. I’ve been using this app for three, maybe four years now. I can’t recommend it enough.

I've been trying to find my way online for more years than I care to admit.

  1. Where does a person find a list of directories to submit to?
This is pretty interesting. I use Roboform but had no idea of this application.

  2. Hi Monty, I’ve got a few good links for directory lists on this page Bookmarks – Tools you can try. I prefer the Site Vortex list.

It will take some tweaking to get Roboform to work as slick as possible, but once you’ve got the custom fields setup nicely – it works like a charm for directory submissions.
