I did receive the ebook from Jim Kukral yesterday, but haven’t had a chance to read it yet. I sent an email to him on Sunday asking about the offer as I hadn’t received the ebook yet (it was past the 45 days mentioned in the terms), but all’s well and I did get my copy.
